For years, I followed the rules of success. Pushing harder, climbing higher, always switched on. It worked… until it didn’t.
That’s when I stopped outsourcing my worth to systems that weren’t built for me.
I turned inward. I listened to my cycle. I honoured my energy.
And instead of falling behind, I did something radical.
I moved country.
I started listening to my cycle, not overriding it.
I stopped forcing and started syncing.
And everything changed.
Success finally came when I stopped abandoning myself.
As I aligned with my hormones, my rhythm, and my deeper knowing, the kind of success I’d been chasing started flowing.
I won national awards in training and leadership.
I built and led a team I’m proud of.
I spoke on global stages.
All because I stopped trying to lead like a machine.
And started leading like a woman.
Now I help other women do the same, not by pushing more, but by syncing deeper.
